Constitution (Distribution of Revenues) Order, 1951.
THECONSTITUTION (DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES) ORDER, 1951
C.O. 28, dated the 31st March, 1951
Inexercise of the powers conferred by articles 270, 273 and 275 of theConstitution of India and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, thePresident is pleased to make the following Order, namely :--
1.(1) This Order may be called the Constitution (Distribution of Revenues) Order,1951.1 (2) It shall come into force on the firstday of April, 1951.
2.The provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Constitution (Distribution ofRevenues) Order, 1950, 2 shall apply in relationto the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1952, as they apply in relation tothe year ending on the 31st day of March, 1951, subject to the modificationthat in the table appended to paragraph 4 of the said Order entries relating to"Punjab" shall be omitted.
