THECONSTITUTION (REMOVAL OF DIFFICULTIES) ORDER. NO. II (AMENDMENT) ORDER
Inexercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 392 of theConstitution of India, the President is pleased to make the following Order,namely :--
1.(1) This Order may be called the Constitution (Removal of Difficulties) OrderNo. II (Amendment) Order.
(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the twenty-sixth day of January,1950.
2.In Part II of the Schedule to the 1 Constitution (Removal ofDifficulties) Order No. II in the entry inserting the new article 172A for thewords "shall not apply" in the new article 172A, the following shall besubstituted, namely :--
"clause(a) of article 173 and sub-clause (d) of clause (1) of article 191 shall notapply in relation".
