Constitution (Distribution of Revenues) No. 3 Order, 1991.

1 THECONSTITUTION (DISTRIBUTIONOF REVENUES)No. 3ORDER, 1991

Inexercise of the powers conferred by article 275of the Constitution, the President, after having considered the recommendationsof the Finance Commission, hereby makes the followingOrder,namely:--

1.ThisOrder may becalled the Constitution (Distribution of Revenues)No. 3Order, 1991.

2.The General Clauses Act, 1897(10of 1897),shall apply forthe interpretation of thisOrder as itapplies for the interpretation of a Central Act.

3.(1)In accordance with the provisions of clause (1)of article 275,thereshall becharged on the Consolidated Fund of India, in the financial year commencing onthe 1stday of April, 1990as grant-in-aid of the revenues of the State of Bihar,a sum of rupees 1165.00lakhs, being the arrears of theshare of theCentral Government of the margin money towards affording relief in connectionwith natural calamities in that State in the financial year 1989-90.

(2)The sum payable undersub-paragraph (1)to the State of Biharin the financial year commencing on the 1stday of April, 1990shall bein addition to the sum payable to the State in that financial year in pursuanceofsub-paragraph (1)of paragraph 3of the Constitution (Distribution of Revenues)No. 2Order, 1991.
