Ifin respect of any financial year further expenditure from the revenues of theProvince becomes necessary over and over the expenditure authorised for thatyear, the Governor shall cause to be laid before the Chambers a supplementarystatement showing the estimated amountof the expenditure, and the provisions ofthe preceding sections shall have effect in relation to that statement and thatexpenditure as they have effect in relation to the annual financial statementand the expenditure mentioned therein.
