Section 243 of Government of India Act, 1935 [Repealed]
Special Provisions as to Police.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing provisions of this chapter, the conditions of service of the subordinateranks of the various police forces in Indian shall be such as may be determined by or under the Actsrelating to those forces respectively.
