Every member of a Provincial Legislative Assembly or Legislative; Council shall, before taking his seat, make and subscribe before the Governor, or some person appointed by him, on oath according to that one of the forms set out inthe Fourth Schedule to this Act which the member accepts as appropriatein his case.
