1[160. Provisions as to Customs Duties on India Burma trade

With a view to preventing undue disturbance of trade between India and Burma in the period immediately following the separation of India and Burma and witha view to safeguarding the economic interests of Burma during that period, His Majesty may by Order in Council2give such directions as he thinks fit for those purposes with respect to the duties which are, while the Order is in force, to be levied on goods imported into or exported from India or Burma and with respect to ancillary aid related matters.
