¹[148. Certain Payments to Federated States, etc., to Be Charged on Federal Revenues

Any payments made under the last preceding section and any payments heretofore made to any State by the Governor-General in Council or by any Local Gov- ernment under any agreements made with that before the passing of this Act, shall becharged on the revenues of the Federation or on the revenues of the corresponding Province under this Act, as the case may be.
