It shall be lawful for the municipal council with the sanction of the Deputy Commissioner, to establish slaughter houses, or places for the disposal of carcasses of animals beyond the limits of the¹[municipal area] and all provisions of this Act and of bye-laws in force thereunder relating to such places within municipal limits shall have full force therein, as if such places were within the municipal limits.
