FORM OF NOTICE OF TRANSFER TO BE GIVEN WHEN THE TRANSFER OR DEVOLUTION,
HAS TAKEN PLACE OTHERWISE THAN BY INSTRUMENT.
To the Municipal Commissioner/Chief Officer of the Municipal Council, I, A. B. hereby give notice, as required by section 111 of the 1 [Karnataka] Municipalities Act, 1964, of the following transfer or devolution of property:--
