PREAMBLE
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the management of municipal affairs in towns and cities in the1[State of Karnataka].
WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the law relating to the management of municipal affairs in towns and cities other than cities for which municipal corporations are established in the1[State of Karnataka];
BE it enacted by the1[Karnataka State] Legislature in the Fourteenth year of the Republic of India as follows:--
