Section 25 - International Financial Services Centres Authority Act, 2019

25. Protection of action taken in good faith.-

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Government or the Authority or its Members, officers or other employees, for anything which is done, or intended to be done, in good faith under this Act.
