Section 101 of Government of India Act, 1935 [Repealed]
Extent of Power to Legislate for States.
Nothing in this Act shall be constructed as empowering the Federal Legislature to make laws for a Federated State otherwise than in accordance with the Instru-ment of Accessions of that State and any limitationcontained therein.
